The role
To provide administrative and facilities services to our new Oxford office. The role will report to the Executive Services Manager and Facilities Team Leader (Birmingham) and is responsible for the smooth operation of the facilities functions within the Oxford office. Hours will vary between 8.30am and 5.30pm but core hours will be 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week.
The person
This is a busy and challenging role and to be successful, your background will probably include:
- Experience in a similar role, such as an Administrative Assistant or Facilities.
- Experience of providing support across several areas to multiple people eg - diary management, arranging travel, organising small events
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office systems; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Nitro and Sharefile
- Experience of InterAction and finance systems, but not essential
In addition, the role requires someone who:
- Has the ability to work as part of a team and establish good working relationships
- Has good planning and organisational skills
- Remains calm under pressure
- Has good communication skills
- Provides outstanding support and client service at all times
- Has excellent attention to detail
