What does the role involve?

We are looking for a family associate to join our London offices to undertake family law work serving an exclusively privately paying client base with an emphasis on financial work and complex children cases for high and ultra high net worth individuals.

What experience is required?

3+ years PQE with training and experience in working in family law gained in a large City or regional firm or boutique/niche family firm.

What skills and attributes would I need?

  • Good academics
  • Enthusiasm and ambition
  • Excellent communication skills including written English for drafting purposes
  • Commitment to offering professional service at the very highest level
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, potential clients and intermediaries
  • Excellent time management skills, able to prioritise work load and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter with common sense and initiative, and ability to be a team player on complex matters

Who would I be working with?

Based in London, you will work with partners Joanna Grandfield, Melissa Lesson and Zoe Fleetwood and other members of the Family and Children team in that office and also with others cross the national team headed up by Nick Stone.
